What works for one person may not work for someone else. Everyone has their own personal and logistical challenges. If you travel a lot, you will have eating challenges that someone doesn’t have who is working at home. If you work at home, you may have challenges with temptation that someone in an office does not have. This is where a health coach comes in. I discuss your lifestyle with you, as well as what has and has not worked in the past for you. We talk about your own personal challenges and figure out how to overcome them so that you can be as healthy as possible!
